| My Testimony Against Evil |

I am doing something here that I thought I would never do, but I think transparency is very critical for anyone living in the US, or for any nation for that matter. It is always right to declare one's allegiance, and by this entry and many others, I declare my allegiance to THE LIVING GOD, who is ONE according to John 10:30 in the King James Holy Bible. It is written,JESUS said, "I and MY FATHER [GOD in heaven] are ONE." There's more. I have a story to tell to all people especially in the US and the so-called first world nations because they call themselves "first-world" and because they are generally speaking Christian nations, but also the so-called 'third-world" nations too, because from what I have read and heard from others there is often more respect for THE NAME of GOD abroad in the Arabic and Muslim countries than in the first world nations.
What I have to write about involves concerted deliberate efforts by an organized crime that has not been identified to the US or the world yet, in so many words; but is very real. If you read the public law against Racketeering [R.I.C.O Act] and understand the components of it, your eyes will be opened and you will be able to connect the dots, when you apply those legal concepts to the situation I am writing about.
I am writing about being prolife while a Registered Nurse. I have written many of the aspects of this on several of my on line journals and Court documents,but I want the US public i.e. its citizens to know this. Since coming to Colorado in 2002 [which is a catholic stronghold state], and after six years here, having endured an onslaught of ungodly events directed towards me, I believe it is truth to state that corruption is rampant here and that the Holy Name of GOD is not held in high regard here, nor are the Commandments of GOD. I have come to that conclusion after these events:
I married a second time in Colorado. About two weeks later my then-husband told me that if I left him, he "would track me down like a dog and kill me". He was arrested the following year for trying to back me ,facing backwards out the window. I was fortunate enough to have the cell phone in my hand and started dialing 911. He realized what I was doing, strong-armed to take the phone away, but the first two letters 9-1 went through. The Police came and arrested him. He was briefly in jail [day or two] then was given a plea bargain. When he was arrested he was on Probation already for coc-aine possession, buying and use of it, and had what was called a Felony deferred Judgement in the so-called Denver Drug Court. He should have gone to prison but he got a plea bargain. It was his second arrest in two years. His punishment was ???? I never knew if there was any. He hired a lawyer, got the charges of assault reduced to making threats, recieved a so-called warning from the Judge and that was it. He became progressively violent to me, and at times totally destroying our apartment. He said his role model was the "incredible hulk" of the TV. The demolition he brought about in my life would be unbelievable if I did not have the permanent scarring, discoloration of my leg, numbness of my toes, a limp, and a few near death experiences to remind me constantly. What is unbelievable is that neither the State of Colorado nor the federal government* did anything to stop his path of destruction toward me, and perhaps that is the greater tragedy. However what I realized through all of this is that the US Constitution's Amendments about the due process does not apply to innocent people in the US but is guaranteed to felons!
He was arrested again in May 2006 and I have written about that in Court documents and on the internet for trying to abduct me in the parking lot of the Arapahoe County Justice Building after I had testified against him and after he had said to me twice that he would cut my throat for testifying; but I ran and the deputy saw what he did and arrested him. http://praise-GOD.info, read all of it, but especially page three, "I'm Telling Someone". That was his third arrest in the years 2002-2006, that I knew of. There could have been others. The Judge in Littleton Colorado ordered the State's Mandatory Protection for me, act to run for 2 years from May 2006-2008. I trusted that would help me but it did not. My then-husband came and went as he pleased, staying all night at times, staying gone for 7-8 days and nights at the time, but reappearing intermittently at the dwelling he was told to move out by the Judge in Littleton.I told the Aurora Police on two or more occasions, and his lawyer, and the E.R at the University of Colorado after I had endured fractures and calamity, and the EMT's and his Probation Officers times two, and the Victim's Advocate of this. They did nothing to intervene. In July 2006 my then-husband came to the apartment where I lived but where he was not supposed to be according to mandatory restraining order against him to harass me, persecute me because I planned to leave him and the State of Colorado. He said as much that he would not allow me to leave or go anywhere unless he said so or was with me. I wrote about this in Court documents also. I became afraid that I was being held against my will, by a man who had threatened me repeatedly with threats to kill me, cut off my head, cut my throat and by a man whom I had seen destroy our apartment and who had acts of violence to me four times by that time. Two of those events were reported by me calling the Police in Sheridan Colorado but they did not arrest him. They just told me to leave and abandon all my possessions and my works on the web to him, but I would not, could not do that because I came to Colorado at GOD's leading and could not leave until GOD led me, not driven away by the devil. I did not consider that a solution at all and believed that the law required the assailant be punished, not the victim. I also told the Magistrate in Littleton [or Judge when I was summoned there, to testify in 2004] about another event that my then husband caused [within 3 days of each other],that my husband at that time was stealing from me,and he or someone tried to steal both of my bank accounts resulting in the Washington Mutual closing them because they said they "could not tell who owned them" though I had opened them with my documents that they photocopied and though I was the only person who had ever deposited into them and the only person on the accounts, i.e. they were not joint accounts at any time about my US Mail being stolen, my identifying documents being stolen but the Judge did nothing to remedy that situation nor did he make any effort to protect my belongings even though I told him that my then husband's girlfriend and the landlord were that day throwing my belongings including my children's things into the dumpster. I also told the Judge [or Magistrate??] that my then husband had even stolen my clothes and shoes and left me with no money, no food, no car, and had vanished, and he did not protect me from court allowed destruction in any way.
There's more. After my ankle and fibula were broken,on the last Sunday of July, 2006,at first my husband ran saying he could not get caught there, and left me to crawl up the steps, and then came back to prevent me from calling EMT's; and twisted my ankle violently and when I screamed he said, he was "only giving me a massage" with a smirk.I said that was no massage;then he said if I told anyone about what happened, he'd kill me. He had told me that probably a hundred times in four years of marriage but then he said it as he twisted my fractured leg to make his point that he would hurt me if I told.
I did not tell all the events but I did tell the EMT's and the ER nurse that he was there, that he stayed all night that night to prevent me from getting help, and that I was very afraid of him and could not tell. I had surgery to repair the fractures, and during that time, though he came and went when he felt like it, he did not see about me, did not provide as a husband should have but had an attitude that if he said my fractures did not happen then they did not happen. My orthopedic surgeon had to insist that I be allowed to have surgery and he talked to Dana at the time telling him those fractures were real and I had to have surgery to be able to walk again. Dana tried to prevent me from getting the fractures repaired.The bones were in pieces and an open reduction and internal fixation [abbreviated ORIF] with eleven pieces of metal was required to repair them. Dana has a very distorted way of looking at life and probably that is secondary to his coc-aine addiction that is a million dollar a year habit to him and that he said he'd had for eleven years; said to a different ER nurse at a different hospital in 2004 when I called the Sheridan Police to arrest him because he was doing coc-aine and on Probation for precisely that and they took him to a private hospital in Denver, and the nurse told me what he said. I was shocked! After that, he caused a hit and run accident that injured someone and his lawyer called looking for him and I told the lawyer that he was not there at that moment but that he lived there intermittently violating the restraining order. Apparently the lawyer told Dana who was furious with me,who called the phone company, and turned off the phone and told me to never tell anyone anything and to never talk to his lawyer again about anything. After that, he was very hostile to me, but stayed until I posted the Ten Commandments and that was too much GOD for him,he said. He he did not believe in the commandments of GOD, and said that JESUS died so he could sin, the popular catholic false doctrine. He moved out finally. What the laws could not do or would not do, the Commandments of GOD did do, and I praised GOD for that, and wrote about it on another blog of mine at http://blog.gloripoole-rn.com that I had begun in my maiden name for protection but have now resumed my maiden name after a divorce [finalized Oct 29>2007 Arapahoe County Colorado]. He said if I was not going to lift the restraining order against him he was filing for divorce and my attitude was 'get on with it--get it done' because I did not want him in my life by that time. There's more.
After he moved out, he got one of his friends from church to go to the landlord and get confidential information who then came and literally threw me out of my dwelling even as I protested. I had appealed to the Judge in Denver for an emergency hearing to protect me and protect my dwelling but the Judge there refused the hearing, denying me due process and the equal protection of the laws. Though Dana had filed for divorce then did not show up at hearing, the Judge asked me how I knew if he knew about the hearing, and I said he filed the papers and recieved the same notice I received,did he not; yet the Judge refused the emergency hearing and I was not legally evicted but thrown out by underhanded sneakiness of people whom I had once trusted. I lost many of my possessions and was homeless for about three weeks with a walking boot still on my leg, recovering from pneumonia, and a vanished husband and not one penny of support from him from February of 2007 onward, til three Judges in Arapahoe county ordered him to pay it first in July, then October,then again in December 2007. I filed responses asking for the State of Colorado to provide me the victim of domestic violence repeatedly, with a lawyer since the state law requires that if a victim stands to lose substantially. The Judges ignored that request. I asked for a Court ordered background check on my still-then-husband as allowed also by State law at the victim's request, and the Judges denied that, with no reason given. I told the Judges and wrote it of the events that happened and that Dana had signed the promissory notes for my surgery but the Judge tried to divide the debts to me also thus punishing with debt the woman [me] who had suffered the injury because the Law Enforcement would not enforce the Protection for me. Because I suffered an calamitious injury and survived it, I guess, the Judge wanted me to pay the debts for surviving a law-breaking event. No protection for the innocent in Colorado is the norm, it is sad but true.
There's more. I found a dwelling and I continued with my mission work for the LIVING LORD by way of the internet, writing, painting, creating websites to teach the gospel and the prolife message. After I had been homeless and penniless,April-May 2007, the state had given me Colorado A.N.D funds [Aid to needy disabled] and food stamps. Then when they saw that I was not going to quit publishing the gospel or the prolife message they took them away. They had also written me that I was qualified for S.S.I and I received two payments for that, and those payments vanished too. I continued with my mission of protesting evil that is the slaughter of innocents in the womb, and protesting the democrats because they are the perpetrators of that evil and the people who have made $100 million dollars as in H Clintons' case for promoting killing of innocents. Because I do have a permanent disability and because I worked about 25 years as a Registered Nurse in hospitals paying in tens of thousands of dollars to the Social Security Disability fund, and because of other reasons, I receive Social Security Disability, but now the wicked are trying to take the program provisions away from me.The building I live in is run by catholics, who since I moved here in June 2007 have tried to persecute me this way: they denied me the use of the freight elevator which goes to the basement where the washer and dryer is,[so I hand wash my clothes in bathroom sink, no kitchen here]; and forged my signature to a document for DHA, and allowed people into my room even people who smoke who tried to burn through the cord to my answering machine and smoke up my room when I was outdoors because I am allergic to cigarette or any kind of smoke, and that was aggravated after I had pneumonia and who tried to trick me into signing a false document, and who demanded [but I refused] that I take dr-ugs to be able to stay here, and who conducted illegal searches of my apartment here, and now since I have survived still, they have tried to raise my rent from $30 a month to $499/mo in 4 months time first raising it from $30 to $151 on March 1st then raising it to $499 by July 1st in violation of the HUD laws regarding assistance for disabled or those needing assistance.
I am not sure what I should do but one thing I know is that I am NOT quitting the publishing the words of GOD nor the prolife message. And I am telling what I know. I do have a disability in more ways than one, and yet because I am prolife while being educated and simultaneously protesting killing they have tried to persecute me, impoverish me, and they did not restrain evil as the Law Enforcement is supposed to do, to protect me. However when I asked the Judge in Denver at my request for him to garnish my then-husband's wages and protect me from his evil, the Judge told me that since my then husband was a felon,he 'had his rights that had to be protected." I am still furious that the laws of the US are being used to protect the wicked and not the innocents. They did not protect me,[ and they did not protect the innocents in the womb either]; they did not allow me due process, they did not protect me when DHA knew [and in fact showed me the document proving the forgery of my signature on a false document] about the forged with my name document, and they did not restore to me the funds awarded to me, and they did not make my now exhusband pay the money he is supposed to pay to me. The only motive I could figure for all this siccing the evil on me, was that I am a prolifer who opposes evil, and who opposes abortion that is premeditated murders of innocents in the womb;and because prominent catholics have made their fortunes killing the innocents in the womb they used the ungodly power of the catholic church-democrats to try to annihilate me.
When I discovered that my US mail was being stolen from my P.O. Box at the Curtis Street Post Office in Denver and raised a ruckus about it, then called the Denver Police to help me get my mail,the Police told me the so-called Mandatory Protection Act was recorded in the State records as being a protection for Dana Pappas who was my then-husband/abuser instead of protecting me. I was shocked somewhat but not really. I had already endured four years of political corruption in Denver and to be told he bribed someone to skew the Judge's orders did not really surprise me since he had been arrested three times with no punishment already.
*The use of coc-aine [hyphenated so not to trigger a flood of dr-ug offers into my inbox] is a violation of federal law and rightfully so. C0c-aine is a deadly and destructive substance and it should be absolutely illegal and those who use it should be removed from the public for the safety and protection of wives,children, people walking about the streets, etc, because driving under influence is predictably the cause of injurious accidents and often to innocent people. |
