There is NO right to kill one's offspring! NO to Sotomayer

I read an op-ed piece in the NY Times a few minutes ago and from a moral or legal standpoint it is propaganda. That quote in it about the 'right to privacy' including Roe v Wade turns my stomach. If the stupid and the wicked in the U S understood that words have meanings and that they are not supposed to be like a piece of elastic stretched to fit whatever. First of all,the words 'right to privacy' do not apppear in the U S Constitution or the Amendments to it. The Fourth Amendment says citizens are to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers, houses and personal effects but that is a paraphrase. I will look up the actual words and enter it as update. If a medical doctor probing into a woman's most intimate and hidden parts of her body with sharp instruments on a seek and destroy mission is NOT a unreasonable search and seizure then in the NAME of THE MOST HOLY GOD what does constitute an unreasonable search and seizure in the minds of that Congress-from-hell? IF there is any such right as the right to privacy why is it selective? Where is it on April 15th of every year when Americans en masse are expected to reveal almost every detail of their incomes their expenditures, living arrangements etc to the federal and /or state governments? Where is it when a woman like me exactly like me who is living in state subsidized housing because the state refused to uphold it's own laws to protect me from a dangerous felon, is told to submit bank statements because they are afraid they have left her with a penney? { I do not intend to submit bank statements to corrupt politicians or corrupt agency workers based upon the 4th Amendment, FYI.]
In the second place, Roe v Wade had absolutely no precedent in any law in America or in the English common law that is the basis of much law in the U S since the U S began as colonies of emigrants from what it now called the United Kingdom. And it has absolutely NO precedence in the Judeo-Christian-Muslim laws either. There is no such right as the right to kill one's offspring when they are the tiniest and most vulnerable. The facts are that humans in the womb are human. Indeed they cannot be any THING but human beings. They derive from a human man and a human woman and therefore by the law of the species they are human by definition. And they are also human by virtue of human DNA and human brains, and human cells and human blood, and human intellect and human emotions, some with more of those than others depending upon how old in the womb the human is, but humans are human. For the NY Times or the Washington Post to continue the ungodly and evil idea of killing humans because of their age [in the womb or 'elderly', or handicapped etc] or for any reason when they are not guilty of a heinous crime, violates the very essence of American law. IF the law does not protect innocent babies then of what use is it for anyone? If a baby has no protection from the U S government then what sort of government has the U S become? Read the Bible about how the Roman soldiers ran babies through with swords when they were determined to destroy JESUS? And how the Roman so-called leaders ordered midwives to smother Jewish babies when born. Do not be fooled that the 'hispanic' cultures are influenced and controlled by the church of Rome. Read and then understand that the Roman church is not prolife and never was. Italy has one of the lowest if not the lowest birth rates in Europe. Latina women and men tend to see children as commodities to use as bargaining chips. Sotomayer does not have children at what age? That should tell you she is not prolife. And her childhood is not the qualifying factor of whether she is the Judge this nation needs. Her childhood or her lack of a father as a child cannot be the determining factor of her concept of the U S Constitution or rule of law.
I was told by a hispanic person that hispanics consider themselves superior to black people. I know for fact that catholic people and almost all hispanics are catholic; and in their so-called worship, bow down and pray to things made with human tools and pray to the dead and they have their festivals in the cemetary for the day of the dead or something like that. Their religion is not based on a LIVING GOD and they do not even know the Commandments of GOD in most cases. They think they pay their way into heaven with paying money secretly to ungodly and not-called-by- GOD-'priests' . Sodomites are NEVER called by GOD to lead the people of GOD since GOD does not violate HIS own commandments and laws.
The more relevant questions to ask Ms Sotomayer are in what situations do Americans who are not pregnant women have the "right to privacy"? Since the "right to privacy" instead of the actual words of 4th Amendment is the spin liberals use as a code for abortion rights? So do women have a different set of 'right's then men in this nation? And in what situations do Americans who are not hispanic have the right to be secure in their dwellings and their papers, and their personal effects? And in what situations do Americans have the second amendment lawful right to defend themselves from government intrusion if need be with weapons? And in what situation do Americans have the lawful right to be protected from government supported killing factories? And if the U S government allowed murderous felons who were murdering those other than in the womb for example if they were murdering grown and not innocent federal judges would the U S government allow the defense of 'right to privacy' to obstruct the prosecution of a murderer? Does a heinous murderer of innocents have a so-called right to privacy to hide murderdous behaviours? Do the US citizens have a right to be protected from murderers? What is the duty of the U S government and Supreme Court--is it to protect the innocent or the wicked?
And in what situations do innocent babies have the right to be born alive?

Spilling of blood is the law of America too.

I am posting an entry here that is the result of my thinking about these words:

'sanitizes' the spilling of blood, it so that it is 'politically correct' and they don't quote prolifers but prodeathers, and they don't report anything that makes those who kill 'look bad in public' and they don't want to 'hurt the

liars, embezzlers, so they drag out 'psychiatrists' to

report on how mistreated [they say] that those horrible

In the jungle of America, the tiniest most defenseless

in the womb,are put on lists to be destroyed without

mercy on a daily basis. The U S Marshall's stand at

checkpoints to guard the baby-killing processes

implemented by the U S Supreme Court when they tried to

stage a coup. No one could call that usurpation of power

by the "Justice" run amok, bloodless however since

somewhere between 60 -100 MILLION innocents have died

because of nine wicked Justices on the US Supreme

Court,in the infamy of Roe v Wade horrible illegal

decision. And those are the numbers for the U.S. When

you add in the numbers of those killed around the world

when that horror of baby-killing was exported abroad by

evil ngos supported with taxpayer money of the U.S. it

is mind-boggling how probably the warning in Revelation

that one-third of the world's populations would die, is

probably already reality. The corrupt Congress has

abdicated its responsibility to the nation and instead

took bribes, dividends, kickbacks from those who kill. U

S citizens who pay their taxes are unwittingly

supporting mass murders around the globe since the

killing President gave $100 MILLION USD to nations that

would kill the innocents in the womb. People who would

never intentionally support methodical mass murders were

hoodwinked,deceived by treacherous words and billion ad

campaigns of the crowd that believes to save the world

you have to kill the humans.

The law of the jungle in America is that those who

kill [abortionists] get billion dollar op-ed pieces

written about them and those who are killed [the human

beings in the womb murdered in baby-killing places] are

ignored and 'blacked out' from the news. And in the law

of the jungle in America, those who take a shotgun and

blow away children in schools will be written about

endlessly about why they did it and those who were shot

to death will be listed as 'statistics', 'casualties' or

'tragedies' of the 'system" and they will be treated by

the Justice system as if they did not exist. In the law

of the jungle of America, those who have lots of money

hire crooked lawyers trained by law schools to make a

defense of some sort for the most evil, degenerate,

reprobate people and they do it for the love of money.

In the law of the jungle in America, killing places are

in many neighborhoods where methodical mass murders take

place daily to kill those humans in the womb and the

mainstream media labels it a right while at the same

time focusing on the 'memorials' to the Holocaust where

another set of mass murders happened but pretending that

the mass murders against an entire class of humans in

the womb is a so-called 'right'. In America,the law of

the jungle is the government approved widescale

slaughter of innocents in those horrible places of death

including hospice that kills with legal prescriptions

and IV drips, and those killing places that chop and

slice and dice human flesh and blood to sell the highest

bidding research fake lab that then shreds the humans

and smears their cells and blood on agar plates is the

official propaganda buzz words. But in reality they sell

them to black markets to extract their cells from the

ovaries of the murdered girl babies in the womb, and the

sperm from the gonads of the boy babies and they sell

their joints and their tissues and their flesh for

profit and then they pay their bribes and kickback money

to the wicked in Congress.
The law of the jungle in Mexico is not as awful as the

law of the jungle in America where almost daily someone

is gunned down and that is the news headlines. The news

seldom reports anything other than the names of those

shot to death but it writes endlessly on the murderers

and the wicked trying to justify their evil. I don't

usually read the op-ed pieces written to promote Obama

because he is heathen and every deed he has done so far

is another nail in the coffin of America. But I know

that they are there on a daily basis, and I know that

the baby-killing establishment paid journalists to write

those so called 'op-ed' opinions and disguise them as

'news'. And I know that the AMA that should have long

ago took a stand to stop the mass murders in their name,

didn't and they pretended it did not affect them. In

reality it has destroyed them because the public is not

as stupid as they think and we all as a class of reading

thinking for the most part, figured out long ago that

doctors who kill are not the sort you want to get an

opinion from on any matter.
In Mexico it seems they call a murderer a murderer

instead of 'victim of his upbringing' and it seems they

tell it like it is, in plain ordinary words instead of

billion propaganda campaigns run by those who profit by

killing to think of different words to deceive the

world.

Those Phony Christians Disgust Me, and I am Christian

I read an article in the Yahoo news today from Christian Science Monitor that was a propaganda piece for Obama politics and in the name of Christianity. Pul-leaze! [Please] do not drag down The Name of JESUS with phony religion. That article praising Obama disgusts me. If Obama is Christian then he must be the catholic-cult flavor of that because the Southern Baptists do not beleive in any so-called right to kill one's offspring, nor do the Southern Baptists believe that there is any so-called right to sodomize anyone, nor do the Southern Baptists beleive that there is any so-called right to cheat, swindle, defraud, steal, lie and murder. But it is becoming increasingly apparent that the false catholic-cult so-called leaders among the judiciary and the U S Congress and the state level all have that as their modus operandi. Obama's agenda for America and the world is NOT Christian. True born again believers in JESUS THE MESSIAH do not kill innocents in the womb or anywhere else. True born again believers baptized with water and The Spirit of GOD do not lie, cheat, steal, swindle, murder. True born again believers in JESUS do not go about the world telling women to kill their offspring to get ahead in the devil's regime. True born again believers do not teach sodomy as a so-called right nor do they "tolerate' evil in their midst or the teaching of it as 'right' to their children. True born again believers believe the words of JESUS who said,'even so it is NOT the will of your FATHER [GOD] which is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.' {Matthew 18:14, King James Holy Bible].
I do not believe that Obama is the "Saviour' of America or anywhere else. I do not accept his efforts to appoint himself Messiah. I believe that there is ONLY ONE GOD and it is not him. And that the ONE GOD is over all nations and creates all humans in the womb, and that HE loves all, but that HE IS A JUST GOD that does not condone or wink at sin.JESUS said, "I and my FATHER [GOD in heaven] are ONE." [John 10:30, KJV] . The nation that turns its back on GOD will suffer the consequences according to Psalms which is written, 'blessed is the nation whose GOD is THE LORD". {Psalms 33:12, KJV] so the converse of that is also true, not blessed is the nation whose GOD is not THE LORD', via deductive reasoning.

NEVER 'respect' those who kill innocents; disobey brainwashing

You should see above my prelimnary sketch of a human being in the amniotic sac that is filled with water that is a shock absorber to the human who lives there in the womb until delivery. I am adding this here today to make the point that there must NOT ever be a tolerance for premeditated killing of innocents. And also to accompany my remarks in response to a NY Times article today about Sotomayer being discussed as next U S Supreme Court Judge. This that follows this paragraph are my remarks to that article and to the debate in Congress:I read an article in the NY Times today about Sotomayer and how the prodeathers are trying to spin the facts to imply to the public that she might not be prodeath enough for the radical baby-killing element of the nation, in an effort to try to trick the US Senate into confirming her. And the two ideas from that article that absolutely appall me are one from Obama who reportedly said he wanted all to be respectful of those who kill their tiniest most defenseless offspring with planning and deliberation [abortion] and the other idea from those who profit from the killing of innocents about the so-called right to conceal one's evil deeds supposedly guaranteed by their version of the U S Constitution. Here is my response to both of those stupid and evil remarks:
1) Would Obama say the same remark [be respectful?] to those who string up black folks on a rope for saying hello to a white woman? Would he insist that white folks have a moral liberty to string up black folks because they are 'inconvenient' to white folks? Would he also say be respectful of those who pour out poisonous gases from shower heads onto their political enemies because their enemies don't go along with their plan to rule the world? Would Obama say be respectful of those who kill white people because they wandered into 'indian' territory?. Where does Obama draw the line on his respect for those who kill purposely?
2) And about that quote from those who package, market and reap the money from the massive premeditated slaughter of millions of innocents about their 'cover' from their fake version of the U S Constitution that they call privacy at the very same time when government knows almost every detail of every citizens' life yet those who kill for money and political power insist they have the so-called right to conceal their crimes against humanity: my reply is hogwash. If the U S Constitution cannot and does not protect human babies then who does it protect? IS the U S once a mighty and a righteous nation so deluded, so reprobate that it cannot see that a nation that does not and cannot protect humans in the womb is of little use to anyone not even GOD?
Because you see, if humans are human in the womb and indeed they are and it is biologically impossible for them to be anything else but human then the premeditated killing of them ought to be forbidden, absolutely verboten, absolutely NOT allowed by anyone for any reason. A nation that legalizes killing contrary to the laws of GOD will reap what it sows according to Galatians 6:7, as the ripple effect of human depraved minds takes over the nation. The wicked reason if they could kill their offspring when most innocent and most vulnerable in the womb, then surely they could also kill them at the age of one or two or 20 or 50 or for any reason. They also reason that if a mother 'can' sign a death warrant [medical informed consent to kill her offspring] for her children then surely the children 'can do' the same for the elderly when they become 'inconvenient' or 'not timely' or 'not wanted' . The wicked with reprobate degenerate minds know no boundaries, but of course GOD knowing humans set the boundaries in the Commandments of GOD in Exodus 20. GOD knows that humans without GOD are doomed to damnation and I use that word as the Bible uses it --a condemnation by GOD HIMSELF to sheol or the pit of hell as it is referred to in the Bible that is the place separate from GOD for eternity and a burning lake of fire as the Bible also describes it.
A nation that purposely puts those who beleive that they have a right to kill in positions of power will reap the diastrous results of that sin. The U S has reaped the disastrous results of that wicked Roe decision in many ways. Since most men marry only for reproducing heirs and in the U S in this year of 2009 men cannot be sure if a woman will 'want' their children or kill them, and therefore the incentive to marry is not very great. The women who aborted their children decades ago are sterile --in the year approximately 1995 there were 60 MILLION women sterile from previous abortions, and that number is probably multiplied by now. The U S is a nation in decline because their future was aborted decade after decade, by the millions. The white [caucasian] race is already a minority around the world being fairly isolated to the continents of U S and Europe since other than caucasians predominate in Africa, China, all nations of the middle east, Latin American nations, South American nations, India, Nepal, in fact all Asian nations, are not white [caucasian] and usually with black hair and dark eyes. White people are already a minority and the only reason the people of the US have not figured that out yet is because of the millions spent by planned unparenthood on paying journalists hired by newspapers to secretly write prodeath arguments and put them in the papers as 'news' when they are propaganda; and the millions spent under the table to the Supreme Court and U S Congress to 'buy' cooperation [lobbying, trips to wherever, speaking fees to do their bidding of pumping up their cause]. It is appalling to me how hard-headed and evil the US Senate is. Why they would even discuss a RADICAL prodeath woman like Sebelius for head of the agency that is supposed to be about health? DO you define health as being killed in a government run fake clinic? Do you define health as necessitating first being alive? Do you believe that the US government should regulate your conscience NOT to kill or participate in killing? Do you believe that medical clinics should sustain life and not inject you with something to kill you or your baby in the womb? Do you believe that Nazi Medicine will improve health care in America? Because premeditated killing of humans in the pretense of delivering health care was what Hitler's version of health care 'services' was all about. If you want Hitler's brand of health care then Sebelius is the woman for that purpose--the devil's own. BUT if you want a health care agency that is about life --the Dept of Health and Human Services has an enormous amount of unregulated power of emergency rooms, hospitals, doctors, health care insurance plans, drugs,life and death-- then vote NO to Sebelius. You cannot have it both ways. If you select a woman who believes that killing solves problems then killing of the sick, handicapped, elderly, babies in the womb, will be what HHS dispenses one way or the other. If you select a person who does not believe that killing is the answer to any problem, and promotes human life and well-being then the HHS will become an agency that supports policies that encourage human life.
Sebelius is a radical as they come. She is personal friends with a notorious sinner named "Tiller the killer" and she gets lots of kickback money from him. In the Year 2025 or will it be the year 2050?

News Article that would appear I predict somewhere during the years 2025-2050:

The news from the United States is that 100 million children in the womb were slaughtered mercilessly with no anesthesia given as they were dismembered and their body parts sent to the phony research labs for chopping and shredding into human 'material' for making drugs.
This process became so entrenched in the government and particularly the US Senate that the Senators there all made their fortunes on the human flesh and blood of the shredded humans. During the worst regimes women were subjected to relentless propaganda to entice them,trick them, force them into producing humans for consumption by those seeking the fountain of youth.

The details have emerged that the worst regimes were the Clinton and the Obama regime that forced public policy without vote of either house of Congress to enact edicts to force the premeditated slaughter of millions of innocent humans. The humans slaughtered were sorted into cells, brains, bones, tissues such as muscle, fascia, tendons, ovaries, testicles and these parts sold to purveyors in human flesh around the world. The black market that arose for these parts included China and Russia. Some countries produced humans ground up for make-up products for women and because those could not be legally sold in the US an underground market developed to sell them through the back door of countries like Afghanistan via the Marie Stopes baby-killing plants there and through the countries that the US had imperialism control over through the Planned Parenthood killing centers.
Just as in the days of Hitler when the wealth and gold of the Jews was confiscated by killing them, the idea that wealth generated in the US did not belong to families but to the wicked U S Senate and the US Supreme Court and to the BIG PHARMA companies that controlled all the wealth of the nation. This was accomplished by a methodical teaching that humans had a duty to transfer wealth to certain select groups selected by the US Senate and therefore could not 'afford' to take time out from their menial lives to produce children and were held as slaves to the monetary gains of the elite from Harvard University and the US Senate.
The tools of propaganda that were honed to perfection were merely enhanced methods first perfected by Goebbels of Germany. Instead of megaphones attached to trucks that rolled around towns and cities declaring the 'duty' of Germans to kill the Jews, in the US the medium was movies from Hollywood that made fun of Christians and mocked those who believe in GOD, the internet that regulated and suppressed the prolife opinion and the pumping into schools of the literature purposely prepared to indoctrinate the future men and women into believing that children were too costly to their careers and standard of living and therefore had to be aborted to contribute to the wealth of the elite. The schools became the long arm of the government requiring every detail to be approved by a government agent and often government agents unelected by the people but appointed to office by those in favour with the government.
The US eventually became like Herod in the Bible, trying to kill off all children in the womb so that the elite would get control of all wealth, and all means of communcation, and travel. Just as in the days of Herod, a believer often had to seek ways to travel to bypass the government tightly controlled air transportation where the risks of illegal searches and seizures of property were the norm.
The US became so pagan that the even the Name of GOD was forbidden in public schools. The Commandments of GOD were considered dangerous to the cause of killing the unborn in mass scale and therefore were labeled as 'prohibited' words on most US communications and in public schools. The Scriptures became the communications that could be taught only in the private homes at secret Bible studies or in confidential meeting places without public notification of it.
The public school children were taught that some were alphas and some were betas. The alphas were selected to get indoctrination and the betas were routed into menial tasks, and there was no real effort to educate them and they were pushed through schools for the money paid to the schools per student. The betas were taught that they were not supposed to have an opinion of anything and that the government is 'always right' and the taskmaster. The alphas on the other hand were taught that the government existed for their tool for conniving from the masses as much of their wealth as possible; and that any rule that they created was acceptable because they were taught that there was no GOD in the public schools.
The killing centers were usually placed in what was once called minority neighborhoods but after there was an outcry against that in the year 2008 they started relabeling the neighborhoods to make the killing centers more socially acceptable. Instead of minority they used the words 'slave descendants' and 'people with unwanted children' to define where they placed the killing centers supported by the US government. The killing centers were often called 'clinics' and they were often of an inferior medical standard that was not as good as Vetinarians provided for animals. The killing centers had propaganda on hand for any victim that came there and they showed it to convince the woman that killing her offspring was the 'choice' of theirs and that she had to go along. If the woman brought along a prolife companion the killing center separated them so the prolifer could not exert influence on the woman who was expected to sign a permission form to kill her offspring. It was somewhat like the movie "Sophie's choice" of the decades of the 80s. The jack-booted SS troops of the US government protected the killing centers so that prolifers could not photograph the dead babies and the decapitated babies. Prolifers were rounded up intermittently for protesting, and legally harassed, fined, threatened, and many lost their jobs, livelihoods, wealth, homes and careers for protesting the methodical killing of the masses of humans. Also certain states had known felons that they knew to be violent and abusive and turned them loose on the unsuspecting public to wreak havoc and damage but especially to the prolifers who were known to the government.
The US was eventually defeated by the nation that GOD raised up, and the nation does not exist now except for a remnant.

Life Action, issued a statement as well: “As a member of the
Kansas House and later as Governor, Gov. Sebelius has a long
history of opposing and even vetoing measures such as parental
involvement for a daughter's abortion; informed consent;
medically-supported health and safety standards for abortion
clinics; and reasonable limits on late-term abortions. Nominating
someone with an extremist record on abortion who is also
associated with the most notorious abortionist in America to
be Secretary of Health and Human Services is offensive. This is
a politically divisive move.

Put Abortion Holocaust Museum on Site of Congress

There is an article today in the NY Times about the Holocaust
Museum that was late in coming to Germany.That article
seems to be trying to make the point that present generations with
their heads turned backward to the past, overlook the
Holocausts of this era, and they point to Darfur. As bad as Darfur is,
it is not the worst Holocaust of this century.
The worst holocaust of this century and also of the latter part of
the 20th century was the Abortion Holocaust.
Millions of innocent human beings in the womb have been
slaughtered without mercy. They have been decapitated in some
cases, if fully formed and developed as a way of preserving brain
tissue for ungodly 'research'. They have been shredded into cells
after first being chopped into pieces in the womb
The womb should be the safest place of one's existence, and it is
the place where every human begins.
The horrors of abortion are nauseating, disgusting, ungodly,

[to better export abortion around the globe, being the real goal, no
doubt] should be hung in effigy, and their names written on a wall of
shame as being more evil than Hitler and his accomplices in crime,
and more evil than Mugabe and more evil than any evil in the world.
And those perpetrators who all stood publicly up and swore an oath
to protect and defend the US Constitution were lying through their
teeth, because the cornerstone of the Constitution gives each
human the right to life.

Darfar is not the worst humanitarian crisis. Legalized abortion is.

caused the meltdown in the U.S and the so-called first world nations
that are experiencing radical and nation-threatening depopulation.
I ask all those concerned about the slavery abuses of yesteryear
and the Jewish Holocaust also of the past to be concerned about
the present day massacre of millions of innocents in the wombs of
their mothers. And also to pledge a 'never again' vow by ending their
complacency, and their looking the other way when they drive by the killing center
euphemistically named 'planned parenthood'. And raise the issue
with your local newspaper to send journalists and photographers
to those places of horror and show the mutilated shredded decapitated
babies and the plastic bags that collect their body parts, tissues and
blood for sale to the highest bidder of fake research labs.And write your
Congress men and women and demand that they pass a public law protecting the
innocents in the womb.

You know I have pushed for this bill for a long time.This bill gives those who are in health care fields like nurses, doctors, pharmacists the right not to participate in any act of killing without fear of losing their jobs. Whether or not it has any real impact remains to be seen because those wicked places that kill for money don't have to have a reason for firing you and when they fire because a licensed person refused to kill on demand they just label it something else ilke 'insubordination" and falsify the HR records. Those who kill also lie.
This bill has been debated for years and yet it is the most straightforward bill you could imagine. Does anyone really ever want to be a patient in a hospital that kills the humans there? Common sense has come late to the Bush Administration and its' HHS but it will become law apparently. Of course, now all you believers will have to pray that Obamites won't reverse it as they push to continue the killing of innocents by coercion.

Most of the citizens with any common sense KNEW the problems with the 'financial system' had to be

What is shocking is that the father was charged with a crime for driving out of his daughter's bedroom a naked man! Defending his home and daughter should not be a crime! It shows how radically liberal law enforcement has become willing to prosecute a father for defending his daughter but not willing to prosecute illegal immigrants, felons, drug addicts, vehicular homicide in many cities. This is proof of the state of the nation that is more indicative of the real situation that is clearly an effort to separate parents from parental duties and from any protections for that task in the laws. I think every parent should be alarmed by this article.
Such deeds by law enforcment are also the natural consequences or " nuclear fall-out" from a nation that has for more than 40 years promoted the wicked idea that producing living babies was a wrong. For that teaching to catch a toe-hold required the disintegration of the parent's duties nationwide and collectively to oversee their children and teach them morally right behaviours.

My Testimony Against Evil

I am doing something here that I thought I would never do, but I think transparency is very critical for anyone living in the US, or for any nation for that matter. It is always right to declare one's allegiance, and by this entry and many others, I declare my allegiance to THE LIVING GOD, who is ONE according to John 10:30 in the King James Holy Bible. It is written,JESUS said, "I and MY FATHER [GOD in heaven] are ONE." There's more. I have a story to tell to all people especially in the US and the so-called first world nations because they call themselves "first-world" and because they are generally speaking Christian nations, but also the so-called 'third-world" nations too, because from what I have read and heard from others there is often more respect for THE NAME of GOD abroad in the Arabic and Muslim countries than in the first world nations.
What I have to write about involves concerted deliberate efforts by an organized crime that has not been identified to the US or the world yet, in so many words; but is very real. If you read the public law against Racketeering [R.I.C.O Act] and understand the components of it, your eyes will be opened and you will be able to connect the dots, when you apply those legal concepts to the situation I am writing about.
I am writing about being prolife while a Registered Nurse. I have written many of the aspects of this on several of my on line journals and Court documents,but I want the US public i.e. its citizens to know this. Since coming to Colorado in 2002 [which is a catholic stronghold state], and after six years here, having endured an onslaught of ungodly events directed towards me, I believe it is truth to state that corruption is rampant here and that the Holy Name of GOD is not held in high regard here, nor are the Commandments of GOD. I have come to that conclusion after these events:
I married a second time in Colorado. About two weeks later my then-husband told me that if I left him, he "would track me down like a dog and kill me". He was arrested the following year for trying to back me ,facing backwards out the window. I was fortunate enough to have the cell phone in my hand and started dialing 911. He realized what I was doing, strong-armed to take the phone away, but the first two letters 9-1 went through. The Police came and arrested him. He was briefly in jail [day or two] then was given a plea bargain. When he was arrested he was on Probation already for coc-aine possession, buying and use of it, and had what was called a Felony deferred Judgement in the so-called Denver Drug Court. He should have gone to prison but he got a plea bargain. It was his second arrest in two years. His punishment was ???? I never knew if there was any. He hired a lawyer, got the charges of assault reduced to making threats, recieved a so-called warning from the Judge and that was it. He became progressively violent to me, and at times totally destroying our apartment. He said his role model was the "incredible hulk" of the TV. The demolition he brought about in my life would be unbelievable if I did not have the permanent scarring, discoloration of my leg, numbness of my toes, a limp, and a few near death experiences to remind me constantly. What is unbelievable is that neither the State of Colorado nor the federal government* did anything to stop his path of destruction toward me, and perhaps that is the greater tragedy. However what I realized through all of this is that the US Constitution's Amendments about the due process does not apply to innocent people in the US but is guaranteed to felons!
He was arrested again in May 2006 and I have written about that in Court documents and on the internet for trying to abduct me in the parking lot of the Arapahoe County Justice Building after I had testified against him and after he had said to me twice that he would cut my throat for testifying; but I ran and the deputy saw what he did and arrested him. The Judge in Littleton Colorado ordered the State's Mandatory Protection for me, act to run for 2 years from May 2006-2008. I trusted that would help me but it did not. My then-husband came and went as he pleased, staying all night at times, staying gone for 7-8 days and nights at the time, but reappearing intermittently at the dwelling he was told to move out by the Judge in Littleton.I told the Aurora Police on two or more occasions, and his lawyer, and the E.R at the University of Colorado after I had endured fractures and calamity, and the EMT's and his Probation Officers times two, and the Victim's Advocate of this. They did nothing to intervene. In July 2006 my then-husband came to the apartment where I lived but where he was not supposed to be according to mandatory restraining order against him to harass me, persecute me because I planned to leave him and the State of Colorado. He said as much that he would not allow me to leave or go anywhere unless he said so or was with me. I wrote about this in Court documents also. I became afraid that I was being held against my will, by a man who had threatened me repeatedly with threats to kill me, cut off my head, cut my throat and by a man whom I had seen destroy our apartment and who had acts of violence to me four times by that time. Two of those events were reported by me calling the Police in Sheridan Colorado but they did not arrest him. They just told me to leave and abandon all my possessions and my works on the web to him, but I would not, could not do that because I came to Colorado at GOD's leading and could not leave until GOD led me, not driven away by the devil. I did not consider that a solution at all and believed that the law required the assailant be punished, not the victim. I also told the Magistrate in Littleton [or Judge when I was summoned there, to testify in 2004] about another event that my then husband caused [within 3 days of each other],that my husband at that time was stealing from me,and he or someone tried to steal both of my bank accounts resulting in the Washington Mutual closing them because they said they "could not tell who owned them" though I had opened them with my documents that they photocopied and though I was the only person who had ever deposited into them and the only person on the accounts, i.e. they were not joint accounts at any time about my US Mail being stolen, my identifying documents being stolen but the Judge did nothing to remedy that situation nor did he make any effort to protect my belongings even though I told him that my then husband's girlfriend and the landlord were that day throwing my belongings including my children's things into the dumpster. I also told the Judge [or Magistrate??] that my then husband had even stolen my clothes and shoes and left me with no money, no food, no car, and had vanished, and he did not protect me from court allowed destruction in any way.
There's more. After my ankle and fibula were broken,on the last Sunday of July, 2006,at first my husband ran saying he could not get caught there, and left me to crawl up the steps, and then came back to prevent me from calling EMT's; and twisted my ankle violently and when I screamed he said, he was "only giving me a massage" with a smirk.I said that was no massage;then he said if I told anyone about what happened, he'd kill me. He had told me that probably a hundred times in four years of marriage but then he said it as he twisted my fractured leg to make his point that he would hurt me if I told.
I did not tell all the events but I did tell the EMT's and the ER nurse that he was there, that he stayed all night that night to prevent me from getting help, and that I was very afraid of him and could not tell. I had surgery to repair the fractures, and during that time, though he came and went when he felt like it, he did not see about me, did not provide as a husband should have but had an attitude that if he said my fractures did not happen then they did not happen. My orthopedic surgeon had to insist that I be allowed to have surgery and he talked to Dana at the time telling him those fractures were real and I had to have surgery to be able to walk again. Dana tried to prevent me from getting the fractures repaired.The bones were in pieces and an open reduction and internal fixation [abbreviated ORIF] with eleven pieces of metal was required to repair them. Dana has a very distorted way of looking at life and probably that is secondary to his coc-aine addiction that is a million dollar a year habit to him and that he said he'd had for eleven years; said to a different ER nurse at a different hospital in 2004 when I called the Sheridan Police to arrest him because he was doing coc-aine and on Probation for precisely that and they took him to a private hospital in Denver, and the nurse told me what he said. I was shocked! After that, he caused a hit and run accident that injured someone and his lawyer called looking for him and I told the lawyer that he was not there at that moment but that he lived there intermittently violating the restraining order. Apparently the lawyer told Dana who was furious with me,who called the phone company, and turned off the phone and told me to never tell anyone anything and to never talk to his lawyer again about anything. After that, he was very hostile to me, but stayed until I posted the Ten Commandments and that was too much GOD for him,he said. He he did not believe in the commandments of GOD, and said that JESUS died so he could sin, the popular catholic false doctrine. He moved out finally. What the laws could not do or would not do, the Commandments of GOD did do, and I praised GOD for that, and wrote about it on another blog of mine at http://blog.gloripoole-rn.com that I had begun in my maiden name for protection but have now resumed my maiden name after a divorce [finalized Oct 29>2007 Arapahoe County Colorado]. He said if I was not going to lift the restraining order against him he was filing for divorce and my attitude was 'get on with it--get it done' because I did not want him in my life by that time. There's more.
After he moved out, he got one of his friends from church to go to the landlord and get confidential information who then came and literally threw me out of my dwelling even as I protested. I had appealed to the Judge in Denver for an emergency hearing to protect me and protect my dwelling but the Judge there refused the hearing, denying me due process and the equal protection of the laws. Though Dana had filed for divorce then did not show up at hearing, the Judge asked me how I knew if he knew about the hearing, and I said he filed the papers and recieved the same notice I received,did he not; yet the Judge refused the emergency hearing and I was not legally evicted but thrown out by underhanded sneakiness of people whom I had once trusted. I lost many of my possessions and was homeless for about three weeks with a walking boot still on my leg, recovering from pneumonia, and a vanished husband and not one penny of support from him from February of 2007 onward, til three Judges in Arapahoe county ordered him to pay it first in July, then October,then again in December 2007. I filed responses asking for the State of Colorado to provide me the victim of domestic violence repeatedly, with a lawyer since the state law requires that if a victim stands to lose substantially. The Judges ignored that request. I asked for a Court ordered background check on my still-then-husband as allowed also by State law at the victim's request, and the Judges denied that, with no reason given. I told the Judges and wrote it of the events that happened and that Dana had signed the promissory notes for my surgery but the Judge tried to divide the debts to me also thus punishing with debt the woman [me] who had suffered the injury because the Law Enforcement would not enforce the Protection for me. Because I suffered an calamitious injury and survived it, I guess, the Judge wanted me to pay the debts for surviving a law-breaking event. No protection for the innocent in Colorado is the norm, it is sad but true.
There's more. I found a dwelling and I continued with my mission work for the LIVING LORD by way of the internet, writing, painting, creating websites to teach the gospel and the prolife message. After I had been homeless and penniless,April-May 2007, the state had given me Colorado A.N.D funds [Aid to needy disabled] and food stamps. Then when they saw that I was not going to quit publishing the gospel or the prolife message they took them away. They had also written me that I was qualified for S.S.I and I received two payments for that, and those payments vanished too. I continued with my mission of protesting evil that is the slaughter of innocents in the womb, and protesting the democrats because they are the perpetrators of that evil and the people who have made $100 million dollars as in H Clintons' case for promoting killing of innocents. Because I do have a permanent disability and because I worked about 25 years as a Registered Nurse in hospitals paying in tens of thousands of dollars to the Social Security Disability fund, and because of other reasons, I receive Social Security Disability, but now the wicked are trying to take the program provisions away from me.The building I live in is run by catholics, who since I moved here in June 2007 have tried to persecute me this way: they denied me the use of the freight elevator which goes to the basement where the washer and dryer is,[so I hand wash my clothes in bathroom sink, no kitchen here]; and forged my signature to a document for DHA, and allowed people into my room even people who smoke who tried to burn through the cord to my answering machine and smoke up my room when I was outdoors because I am allergic to cigarette or any kind of smoke, and that was aggravated after I had pneumonia and who tried to trick me into signing a false document, and who demanded [but I refused] that I take dr-ugs to be able to stay here, and who conducted illegal searches of my apartment here, and now since I have survived still, they have tried to raise my rent from $30 a month to $499/mo in 4 months time first raising it from $30 to $151 on March 1st then raising it to $499 by July 1st in violation of the HUD laws regarding assistance for disabled or those needing assistance.
I am not sure what I should do but one thing I know is that I am NOT quitting the publishing the words of GOD nor the prolife message. And I am telling what I know. I do have a disability in more ways than one, and yet because I am prolife while being educated and simultaneously protesting killing they have tried to persecute me, impoverish me, and they did not restrain evil as the Law Enforcement is supposed to do, to protect me. However when I asked the Judge in Denver at my request for him to garnish my then-husband's wages and protect me from his evil, the Judge told me that since my then husband was a felon,he 'had his rights that had to be protected." I am still furious that the laws of the US are being used to protect the wicked and not the innocents. They did not protect me,[ and they did not protect the innocents in the womb either]; they did not allow me due process, they did not protect me when DHA knew [and in fact showed me the document proving the forgery of my signature on a false document] about the forged with my name document, and they did not restore to me the funds awarded to me, and they did not make my now exhusband pay the money he is supposed to pay to me. The only motive I could figure for all this siccing the evil on me, was that I am a prolifer who opposes evil, and who opposes abortion that is premeditated murders of innocents in the womb;and because prominent catholics have made their fortunes killing the innocents in the womb they used the ungodly power of the catholic church-democrats to try to annihilate me.

When I discovered that my US mail was being stolen from my P.O. Box at the Curtis Street Post Office in Denver and raised a ruckus about it, then called the Denver Police to help me get my mail,the Police told me the so-called Mandatory Protection Act was recorded in the State records as being a protection for Dana Pappas who was my then-husband/abuser instead of protecting me. I was shocked somewhat but not really. I had already endured four years of political corruption in Denver and to be told he bribed someone to skew the Judge's orders did not really surprise me since he had been arrested three times with no punishment already.

C0c-aine is a deadly and destructive substance and it should be absolutely illegal and those who use it should be removed from the public for the safety and protection of wives,children, people walking about the streets, etc, because driving under influence is predictably the cause of injurious accidents and often to innocent people.

Vote Prolife, Human Life is Sacred

I am writing because the primaries and caucuses for the Presidential election are happening and they are timed as they are as an effort to convince voters how to vote. Think this through with me here: when average citizens hear or read that so and so won or lost in a primary, they tend to be influenced by the groupthink that is programmed into them in public education. They think "why waste my vote?" or "not electable" or what have you. This time,I am praying that groupthink works in the favor of the preborn and totally defeats that jezebel Hillary and all like her who trade or barter in the blood of innocents for power or money. The baby-killing-establishment in the US the so-called "Al-Quaida"* of the US territories-proper is that ungodly group named Planned Parenthood. They should have had a truth in killing law and been required to name themselves "planned unparenthood" since they don't plan for any to be parents, they profit off human flesh and blood, they rig elections, and buy voters, and they control the FEC, the FCC and the mainstream presses. The RICO Act should have been aimed at them collectively and individually to name their leaders just as the Al-Quaida more honorable group names theirs, and their leaders should be hunted down with the full force and faith of the mighty US government and punished. Hanging would be good--don't you think and on national TV? Let me offer Hillary and Bill's names as the first to be tried in an International Court of Law since they routinely violate every principle of the Nuremberg Code of International Law regarding crimes against humanity and then add Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Ted Kennedy, Arlen Specter, John Edwards,Barack Obama, and the others who have made money off killing, voted to kill innocents even once, and especially those who voted repeatedly for the killing of innocents for 40 years long; and of course add in those wicked leaders of the baby-killing-cult of planned parenthood that teaches,advocates for, pays for, performs the actual premeditated killings of innocents in the womb, and get all of them stretching back to the onset of Roe v Wade.

I think that planned parenthood and its puppets are the most evil, the most radical killing group that ever existed and this is why: 1) they kill BABIES. 2) They sell their body parts, blood and tissues to the highest bidder violating all international law of civilized nations. 3) They rig elections so they continue to have big cash flows from and too politician-puppets. 4) They are without GOD, people with no consciences, infidels in other words, or they could not do what they do. 5) They dissect human babies while they are alive and without any form of anesthesia. 6) They are the most wicked and depraved group that ever existed in the history as recorded of the human race because they do all this evil and call it a "right" and flaunt their billions from the sale of human flesh and blood that they massacred in the faces of the righteous while handing bribes under the table to the US Supreme Court so-called "justices".To call those who approve such evil "justices" is surely a misnomer if ever there was one. 7)And they do these evil events by tricks, treachery, law-breaking, hacking, bribing, deceit, PR campaigns, hissing like the serpent in the Garden of Eden to foolish women that they may be "as gods" if only they will kill their offspring. They make me sick to my stomach!

I am a prolifer! That is one absolutely true statement anyone could say about my life. I hate Hillary Clinton is another one. The reason I hate her? Because she has never voted once to protect the innocents in the wombs of their mothers and because she is the worst example of womanhood in the U.S.
Does not the most recent news item about the apparently fake bomber in her campaign office, prove that to you? Where is her big talk now? Where is her idea that she would be a "good" President? She would be an AWFUL President because she did not even stand behind her campaign staff who were threatened with a bomb! She took cover under the Secret Service provided because her husband was a President. She did not issue any statement to the Press that I could find in the news, nor did she do anything! She ran for cover. Now you tell me would the position of Commander in Chief of the U.S. Military be improved or enhanced if a COWARD occupied the office?
GOD forbid that cowardly woman ever become President of this nation! If she could not stand up, or risk to a native grown threat to her paid staff, what makes you think she'd stand up to the President of Iran, or Iraq, or Saudi Arabia. In fact, I think she would cause those nations ot have even more contempt for America than they do.
And while we're on this topic, America would not be enhanced by her either. She is not the dream of the first woman President for most of us. In fact, I cannot think of any person I think would do more harm to America than that woman. You know why? Because she has no conscience, no moral foundation and no remorse about the millions of innocents who died on her and her husband's go-round as President and wannabee. She should be tried in criminal Court for crimes against humanity, her and that wicked man she calls husband and a whole lot of their accomplices. Pray that she stays in hiding and forsakes the campaigning. I am sure her campaign staff is doing that!

Seek ye first the Kingdom of GOD

It is written, "but seek ye first the Kingdom of GOD and all these things will be added unto you." from Matthew. These Scriptures remind me that when a person has the priorities that GOD sets always in mind, that GOD will take care of everything else that we need or want in this life. The fact that I am alive and at liberty is testimony of that truth.

There is an election coming up as you all know. The battle lines are the prolifers v the prodeathers. I suspect you know which players are on which side of that fence, but just in case you don't, remember that it is also written that the leopard does not change his spots, or in other words, those who have voted for the deaths of the innocents are prodeathers, and those who voted for the lives to be spared of the innocents [the preborn, Terri Schiavo, the sick, the elderly, the handicapped] are the prolifers. It is crucial that you remember the difference,if you don't want to find yourself in the unfortunate situation a few years from now of having voted for the American version of the totalitarian "leader" who controls the lives of everyone, as did Hitler in Nazi Germany.

When you are following/ abiding in/ abiding by/living by the Commandments of GOD, then there is not confusion about what to do. The words that GOD wrote in stone, including "thou shalt not kill" are the be-all and end-all of the abortion/euthanasia/embryonic stem cell debates. Since the premeditated killing of innocents is always a wrong, and since the U.S. is a Christian nation predominately, there is no negotiating some values. We, as a nation, must not ever legalize the premediated killing of innocent humans at any age or any stage of development, for any reason!

Hey, y'all. This is gloria and I am writing to remind all prolifers including myself, that the upcoming elections are very important in the "battle" for the lives of the preborn humans. This fight is for the "right" of all humans in the womb to be born alive without assault against their lives, from those licensed to practice medicine by State or federal governments or by anyone. This is THE civil liberties issue of this generation. Face it, the civil marches for the emancipation of black folks happened and it is history and it was a good thing. However none of us who love THE Living LORD JESUS may sit idle while millions of innocent babies are dying in the wombs of women in killing centers that were so-called approved by the federal shadow government in the form of the US Supreme Court. Remember that the US Supreme Court NEVER had authority from the US Constitution to write new law; that is a task delegated only to the US Congress and Congress did not vote on that.

The US Constitution was NEVER amended to create any such so-called right as the right for a woman to kill her offspring at any time! And GOD willing,it never will. The US Congress never voted on any such "right" and the people in the States NEVER voted to amend the Constitution in such a way. Remember the truth and medical facts about humans in the womb. If you don't know the words of the US Constitution, then for the sake of righteousness, look it up on Google and read it! Don't be an ignorant American. Most important, and even more important than the United States itself is the laws of GOD, the Commandments that GOD wrote into stone for all generations. GOD wrote, "thou shalt not kill" [Exodus 20:13] and that is a Commandment that must be applied in all situations. There are NO situations in which GOD wink-winks or turns a blind eye to the killing of innocents. Read The Bible if you doubt what I write here. Start at the beginning and read it like you would read any book and I am positive that you will conclude that GOD never condones the killing of innocents.

You absolutely must know who the prolife candidates are and you must vote for the prolifers. And yes, make it a litmus test. THINK! If a person cannot be trusted with the life of a baby, then what could you trust them with? A person so vile that he or she would be willing to kill the tiniest, most defenseless humans for any reason, is not a good person and should not be in any public office. Use your head and think rationally. Do not listen too or accept the propaganda of the wicked. When any one tells you or creates documents or PR campaigns promoting the ungodly sin of premeditated killing of innocents, then you be man enough, or woman enough, to challenge that statement publicly. There is no such right as a "right" to kill innocents, and there never should be. Write letters to the Editor in your hometown and the USAToday. Be relentless for the cause of the future of America because a nation that does not allow babies to be born,has no future.

NO forever to premeditated killing of innocents

I am a Christian and a Registered Nurse and you should know that about me.
I write on this subject relentlessly and I am never quitting until the premeditated killing of innocent humans is outlawed in this nation and every nation. There is no justification and no benefit to ever be derived from a parent in collusion with a person licensed by the state and federal government supposedly for good then turning evil and killing offspring and that is precisely what abortion is. Furthermore, it is child sacrifice which GOD says HE did not ever tell us to do. *
Today I read in the Lifenews.com that Sen Sam Brownback is reintroducing his ungodly bill that summed up is an effort to codify abortion by the backdoor approach. It admits that a preborn human is human and alive and even that such a human will suffer intense pain but then wants to "legalize" the premeditated killing of that wee one. "What's wrong with that picture"? was once the question asked of primary school children. Let me state his bill in other formats and then see if that helps you decide what is right and what is truth: pretend his bill is written, "we acknowledge that JEWS are human, alive and feel pain when brutally murdered, but murder them anyway. "; or how about this? "we in the US acknowledge that blacks are human, alive and feel pain when dismembered, but dismember them anyway"? or how about this, "we in the US acknowledge that the women who profess to be "feminists" as a code word for radical proaborts are human, alive and feel pain when decapitated and dismembered but do that anyway?" The wickedness of such bills is so appalling to me that I think it defies rational comprehension of how anyone could be that stupid! or is it plain, unmitigated evil? If Sen Sam Brownback considers himself a prolifer and could in conscience offer that bill for a law, then his conscience is seared and his mind is reprobate. It is medical fact that humans reproduce humans and it is medical fact that humans have unique DNA that is not like any animal or any thing and it is medical fact that all 'persons' were first embryoes and then fetuses. Those terms are medical descriptors for a stage of development of the human being in the wombs of human women. It is also medical fact that human sperm and human eggs are alive and move about.
